JMG University is a comprehensive and affordable web-based training platform. This platform houses over 40 web-based required classes with the exception of instructor led classes such as leasing/marketing, MRI and accounting, and 30. The web-based platform is available not only for all new hires, but for existing employees to take the yearly required classes with the convenience of doing so from their desktop location.

These self paced classes are designed to provide a consistent message for all JMG employees - through professionally paced content that is interactive and presented in an engaging format.

This web-based training plat form provides a robust traning platform for both onsite and corporate employees of JMG.

Employees are encouraged to attend outside seminars for purposes of obtaining real estate sales licenses or brokers licenses, IREM®, CPM®, or personal development courses, which will directly benefit the employee and the individual property. Additional outside seminars offered by the local Apartment Associations and the NAA are also recommended by the company to enhance knowledge and performance.
